Strawberry Yogurt Ice-Cream

This ice-cream is so easy to make, sour cream is giving it lovely, real ice-cream texture.

Recipe:

1 ½ cup fresh strawberries, cut in smaller pieces
½ cup light honey
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sour cream


Mash strawberries with a fork, add honey and mix well. Gently fold in yogurt and sour cream. Do not over mix. If you are not using an ice-cream maker, put the mixture in freeze and mix it vigorously with fork every half an hour. Your ice cream will be ready to eat after about 4 hours.
